  The Clinical Team works hand in hand with our engineers and product managers to ensure our products provide accurate and easy to understand information on medical services.

  • Direction on the types of cost and quality information presented
  • Creation of clinical content to help educate users
  • Development of “episodes of care” so users can understand the total cost for conditions such as pregnancy

• Customer Support

  One of the primary responsibilities of the clinical team is to support our customers and ensure their unequivocal success.

  • Support in the development of innovative benefit programs, such as reference based pricing and centers of excellence
  • Provide analytic insight into usage patterns and results
  • Integration of Castlight into the customer’s unique program design

• Partner Support

  The Clinical Team works directly with health care providers, third party quality assessment organizations and health plans to extend and improve the Castlight Health product.

  • Direct outreach to health care providers to understand fee schedules and improve the pricing data in our product
  • We work with many independent organizations to improve the depth and accuracy of our quality measures
  • Integration with health plans to ensure a positive customer experience
