Naomi Allen

VP, Operations

Naomi leads Castlight's customer and partner accounts, operations and customer support. She also helps shape product strategy and priorities.

Naomi joined Castlight from McKinsey, where she was a leader in the healthcare and business technology practices and focused on serving payers, providers, and technology companies on healthcare and strategy issues. Prior to McKinsey, Naomi worked in product planning at Microsoft. She also worked for several years in Deloitte Consulting's healthcare and technology practices.

Naomi has a MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and an undergraduate degree at University of North Carolina- Chapel Hill.
