Pull out your highlighters, benefit leaders, and take note! It’s not enough to explain benefits changes during open enrollment, or when a benefit is first offered. Show your employees how to self-service in a way that actually sinks in. And then show them again. And again. Find a messaging cadence that works for your company, and stick to it.
