Introducing Illuminate 2022: Workforce Health, Reimagined

Throughout the pandemic, HR leaders have risen to the occasion time and time again.

On top of managing an ever-growing array of health and wellbeing benefits, they and their teams have taken on expanded responsibilities to ensure employees remain safe and healthy—both inside and outside the office—while still being able to do their jobs. They’ve gone through seemingly endless cycles of communications on topics such as workplace policy, testing, vaccinations, and boosters, and they’ve also brought on new programs to address growing health and wellbeing conditions, such as the country’s current mental health crisis.

Understandably, all of this has contributed to increased levels of stress for HR leaders. In a recent survey conducted by Paychex among 1,000 HR decision-makers in the U.S., 98% indicated that the pandemic transformed their role, and 70% said this has been one of the most challenging years of their career. What’s more, another study showed that 77% of HR professionals experienced burnout during the pandemic—a 30% increase from February 2020.

Now more than ever, it’s critical that HR leaders are equipped with the most up-to-date and best-in-class data and insights to help them keep up with the ever-evolving needs of their population, anticipate health trends and how they’ll shape benefits design, determine the best programs to invest in, and identify the best practices to developing and maintaining a strong culture of health. The more support and intel they have, the better off everyone in the organization will be.

That’s why, on April 5, 2022, we’re bringing together the brightest minds in employer benefits and healthcare and sharing the latest data insights at Illuminate: Workforce Health, Reimagined, Castlight’s new thought leadership event. Together, we’re going to explore the trends and best practices that will transform workforce health.
