ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Translate our user needs and customer requirements, into user experiences that are engaging, simple and intuitive
  • Collaborate on creating product solutions and then articulate visions through simple, elegant designs
  • Contribute to projects across the entire product lifecycle and deliver user journeys, concept sketches, user scenarios, user flows, Wireframes, UI specifications, and interactive prototypes
  • Manage project needs in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with Design Leads to articulate experience-based requirements for feature development and product improvements
  • Actively participate in design critiques and reviews with design team

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field
  • 2+ years of UX/UI design experience, including experience with:
    • User research that can be translated into design decisions
    • Design tools (Sketch) and rapid prototyping tools (Sketch, InVision, Framer, etc.)
    • Core web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as well as iOS and Android
  • Good knowledge of design thinking methodologies storytelling, prototyping, and concept visualization
  • Organized, self-directed, efficient and able to manage multiple and complex projects in a timely manner
  • Design portfolio that demonstrates a human-centered approach to design
  • Strong experience using Sketch program
  • Experience working with design systems
  • Passion for inclusive and accessible design
  • Experience with following design requirements and creating design documentations
  • Able to integrate user research and analytics insights into projects effectively
