Senior Product Manager, Healthcare Advocacy & Navigation

This is an opportunity for a mission driven individual to make a meaningful impact on the health of millions of people.  The Sr. Product Manager, Advocacy & Navigation is responsible for the creation and management of Castlight’s Health Navigation & Care Guides products – where high-tech meets high-touch in assisting our users navigate their health care needs. 

The role requires the ability to self-start within a growing team, a data driven approach to product management, and the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute against competing business objectives.

** US Remote Opportunity **

Key responsibilities:

  • Own product management strategy and execution for Castlight’s Health Advocacy / Care Guides tools and technologies.
  • Clearly define a focused set of user and customer problems to solve with measurable outcomes.
  • Drive Product Management best practices within the organization.
  • Lead a cross functional on-shore/off-shore scrum team to execute on the product roadmap.
  • Research customer needs and identifies market opportunities.
  • Serve as a “bridge” between product, clinical operations, and support center operations to create the easiest and the most empathetic health navigation experiences.

You should be able to demonstrate below abilities: 

  • Strong foundations in product management and strategy and understanding of value, vision, in outcomes driven product management versus feature driven approaches. 
  • Create features that influence delight B2B users and influence engagement and outcomes.
  • Powerful communication skills working across a wide range of external and internal functional stakeholders including Engineering, Design, Clinical, Product Marketing, Customer Experience, Business Development, and Sales.
  • Ability to prioritize work (feature maintenance, new feature development, and customer requests), and influence teams to realize product objectives.  
  • Ability to guide senior management through strategic decisions.


  • 5+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years of product ownership.
  • 8+ years of total experience.
  • Knowledge of healthcare ecosystems and major trends.
  • Familiarity with B2B or B2B2C products.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; technical degree preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Experience in healthcare stakeholder management and product deployment is a plus.
