Job duties:

  • Support HRIS configuration related initiatives from an Employee Life Cycle perspective, such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Absence Management, Compensation, Learning, Talent, Time Tracking, and Offboarding
  • Provide support for Workday issues and triage support tickets in JIRA to HR, Finance, or IT team in JIRA
  • Create and maintain dashboards, standard and custom reports on a scheduled or on-demand basis
  • Identify bugs, defects, or areas of improvement in both configuration and business processes
  • Research and document solutions in Workday community
  • Support and update Workday Security matrix, Security groups and any application security related issues
  • Participate and support user acceptance testing, and partner as needed with training, change management and user adoption team
  • Support Workday bi-annual release management
  • Troubleshoot and support the resolution for Workday integration issues and third-party systems

Experience:
  • 1-3 years of experience with one or more Workday modules required – HCM, Financials, Reporting, Integrations and/or Security
  • Working knowledge of HR and/or finance business processes
  • Experience with JIRA, AZURE, Google, or other IT platforms is a plus
  • Experience with ERP web service integrations (SOAP, WSDL, XML), Workday Cloud connect, and EIB is a plus
