Sales Operations Analyst

Castlight is looking for a detail-oriented team player to join our Sales Operations team.  This role will interface with many teams, including Sales, Marketing, IT, Customer Success, and Finance to build processes and deliver analytics for our digital health business.  The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of Salesforce, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has flexibility to navigate the evolving needs of the organization. 

Responsibilities

  • Use Salesforce to develop and enhance customized reports and dashboards that provide insight to Castlight business
  • Partner with internal users to gather reporting requirements and ensure reporting and dashboards are meeting or exceeding expectations
  • Troubleshoot and tune Salesforce reports and dashboards
  • Play a critical role in data quality initiatives and perform data clean up when needed
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and create or improve processes
  • Serve as partner to the territory alignment process. Manage territory changes and updates in Salesforce
  • Manage team case queue and improve the process and tracking of Sales Ops tickets
  • Help develop a framework to train and onboard new hires on Castlight’s Salesforce instance and sales processes
  • Create knowledgebase of resources for the sales team and internal users to increase productivity and efficiency
  • Become a SME on the Castlight Salesforce instance

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com, particularly reports and dashboards
  • Detail oriented, organized, self-motivated and a team player
  • Excellent communication and customer services skills
  • Strong project management skills; proven ability to successfully manage projects from start to finish
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at one time
  • Outstanding analytical skills to quickly synthesize technical, business, and user inputs and problem solve toward issue resolution
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and solve problems proactively
  • Commitment to working and sharing expertise in a collaborative team environment
  • 2-4 years similar experience
  • BA/BS in Business Administration, Economics or related degree

Preferred

  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning
  • Knowledge of SAAS business
