We're looking for a solid Program Manager to join our Program Management team. The Program Management team works on a range of high-impact strategic initiatives across the organization, including leading large scale programs/products, managing long-term external partnerships, and co-developing efforts with national health plans. Our Program Management team is constantly thinking about how we solve multi-dimensional problems to serve our teams, customers and users in meaningful ways. The ideal candidate for this role will have critical thinking skills paired with empathy, organization, and a deep drive to make a difference. They should also have a proven track record of effective communication, have client-facing experience and excel at project management, including managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with key stakeholders to develop a strategic program roadmap, including highlighting milestones, risks, issues and dependencies
  • Work closely with key functional leads across the organization (Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Operations, etc.) to ensure on-time delivery of roadmap and project plan commitments
  • Provide up-to-date visibility into current projects, project health, priorities, accomplishments and risk areas
  • Cross-pollinate and facilitate conversations across several stakeholder groups to drive a cohesive program
  • Serve as the day-to-day liaison between external health plan partners and internal cross functional teams, fostering ongoing relationship with various business and technical stakeholders
  • Facilitate product release planning and release execution
  • Support executive-level communication in steering committee meetings, leadership on-sites, etc.
  • Contribute to enhancing the Program Management team and Castlight culture!

 Qualifications

  • Must have about 5 years of experience in program management or management consulting 
  • Prior success in a strategic consulting role within Digital HealthTech is highly preferred
  • Vendor/Client management and negotiation skills a must
  • Proven ability of partnering with multiple stakeholder groups to develop, manage and lead project plans
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills with a passion for delivering insights and driving results
  • A ‘big picture’ approach in helping establish and manage program, while maintaining attention to detail with borderline obsessive organizational skills
  • Great communication skills, written and verbal, with a diverse group of stakeholders ranging from Senior Castlight Executives to external partners
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams both internally and externally to manage and implement complex development projects & partnership
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and malleable workflows
  • Resilience and equanimity in dealing with change, challenges and adversity
  • Proactive in seeking opportunities to improve team, personal skills and experience
